1) Technical Sales Hygiëne

You will participate in the commercial development of the BtoB division, in particular in the industrial food sector and the artisans (cheese makers, butchers, brewers).
You will work alongside a sales representative and provide technical and scientific support to customers who need it.

Your role :

Being responsible for a customer portfolio active throughout Belgium, you will report to the sales manager and these are your main activities:

  • Maintaining the existing customers: daily management of the customers in your sector, providing information about the product range and commercial actions as well as supporting the marketing actions
  • Providing technical advice to customers
  • Supporting customers in their hygiene challenges
  • To be responsible for customer relations and for achieving the objectives set in your sector

Your profile :

  • You have a technical or scientific Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • You should ideally have a first commercial experience
  • You are bilingual NL/FR
  • You have an affinity with the food sector, industries and environmentally friendly cleaning products
  • You have excellent commercial and communication skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are adaptable to the needs of your discussion partner
  • You are empathetic and a team player, but can also work autonomously
  • You dare to take initiative
  • You are customer and result-oriented
  • You are pragmatic and precise
  • You feel good in an SME working environment and actively contribute to the company project

2) Sales Representative Industrial Hygiene

To strengthen the Industrial Process Applications team, we are looking for an experienced, technically oriented salesperson in the industrial hygiene sector. You will work at the heart of a small B2B team specializing in cutting edge solutions, including biofilm treatment and membrane cleaning. The team is close, autonomous and enjoys taking on many challenges.

Your main roles & responsibilities : 

As responsible of a client portfolio active in the industry, Life Siences and Food & Beverage sectors both in Belgium and internationally, your main activities are:

  • Increase the customer portfolio by ensuring active prospecting in your sector
  • Maintain existing customers: daily management of the customer and partner portfolio, provide information on the range of products, commercial actions and support marketing actions
  • Support the evolution of a product line and promote innovative solutions
  • Support the customer in his challenges in terms of quality and hygiene
  • Take responsibility for customer relations and the achievement of pre-established objectives in your sector

And you, who are you ?

  • You have min. 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene as a salesperson or business developer, preferably in the Life Sciences or Food & Beverage sectors
  • Industrial cleaning and hygiene processes, that speaks to you
  • You have a good scientific basis (chemistry)
  • You like to be in contact with different types of people, at all levels of the company
  • Negotiation, sales techniques and customer approach are your second nature
  • You are able to follow a strategy, a budget, talk about turnover, margin and profit, read and work in an Excel table
  • You are fluent in English and do well in Dutch. Knowledge of other languages ​​such as German or Spanish is a plus
  • You like to interact in a multidisciplinary team while having a great deal of autonomy
  • You learn quickly and well
  • A little administration doesn’t scare you, you are efficient behind a Mac screen
