ASSISTANCE - PREVENTION


For all of these dosing systems, REALCO’s technical department provides:
  • Dosage system setup to guarantee optimal dosage and complete safety.
  • Dosage system setup for washing tunnel washing and rinsing products based on the washing tunnel supplier’s recommendations.
  • Quarterly preventive inspection of your dosage systems: inspection of drains, cleaning – descaling of jets/nozzles, monitoring and adaptation of concentrations
  • 24H/24H assistance with a simple phone call and following diagnosis of the reported problem.
For all waste water treatment, our technical team will look after your installations, pipe-work, septic tanks, etc.
OPTIMISING COSTS

REALCO can assess and control the costs involved in cleaning installations and treating waste water.
Following an in-depth installation analysis, you will receive a budget estimate that can be a fixed amount and tied to automatic deliveries.
Upon request, we can also link your dishwashers to a management tool providing consumption monitoring (product, water, temperature, energy), operating characteristics, etc. The tool gives you an exact real-time “photograph” of the installation. Your computer can be used to do this. We want to guarantee you a high performance system and optimal use of resources.

HYGIENE TRAINING

Training and instruction are key features in the field of cleaning and hygiene.

REALCO provides staff training for optimal use of the products. Training takes place when the equipment is set up, but refresher courses can be arranged throughout the contract.

AUDIT – HYGIENE PLAN - INSPECTION

The Royal Decree of 14/11/2003 makes self-inspection and traceability obligatory in the food chain. For food safety, the self-inspection principle must be based on HACCP principles.

Compliance with HACCP principles involves setting up a hygiene plan.
Every institution has its own rules and regulations, its own way of operating.
A good hygiene plan should take account of the individual aspects of the building, premises, organisation and staff.

Based on a clear, detailed and precise analysis of the current situation, we can offer (a) an estimate of your needs in terms of cleaning products and associated costs and (b) our team who will help you draw up a hygiene plan suitable for your situation in terms of requirements and cleaning frequency.

In terms of inspection/monitoring, REALCO can provide tools for measuring the effectiveness of the cleaning system you have set up.
The inspection/monitoring methods used are ATP measurement and metering. These are scientific methods approved by HACCP. They consist of assessing the total microbiological condition of surfaces.
Measurements can be taken for surfaces considered critical or within the framework of a cleaning procedure validation.
